Our review of Sky Ting Yoga says it all.

But, if you haven't tried it yet: now's the time.

Sky Ting is

offering donation-based classes

featuring the teachers in their mentorship program for a few more weeks. Take a class with a seasoned newbie and support a great cause, all without breaking the bank.

Need a teacher rec? Try Ivan Zeavin-Moss, Thursday nights in Tribeca or Claire Cohen, Monday afternoons in Chinatown. Though, you really can't go wrong with anyone.

The East Village is now home to a tiny, but light-filled pilates studio, The Pilates Nook. Our full review is coming soon, but spoiler: we love it here. 🏆

A new boxing studio launching in June near Union Square features playlists curated by Mr. 305 and a full-service liquor bar. 🥊

The LIV Method is expanding and renovating. A place to shower might justify the trip to Midtown for their amazing personal training sessions. 🏋🏾‍♀️

Calling all Gowanus and Park Slope pals: Heatwise, Brooklyn Heights' best hot yoga studio is opening up a second location in June. 🧘

Good Move, a cardio-dance pop-up fitness class, is opening a studio in Williamsburg soon. 👯🏽

Project by Equinox and Studio B have competition. There's a new instructor-centric fitness studio in town.

We've partnered with some friends to bring you a free outdoor yoga class every Sunday this summer. Stay tuned for details 🙃

According to Google, we're millennials, but our love of TikTok has us wondering if Gen Z is looking to adopt? Some TikTok's that make us want to move: here, here, and here. 🤠
[WTF is TikTok?: If Instagram is influencers wearing matching sets to yoga, TikTok is bored suburban teenagers who love memes dancing around their bedrooms. In other words, way more fun.]

Recently: We had a blast at

Pop-Up Grocer

, and our friends at

Greenpointers

had some nice things to say about us. 🎉

That's all for now! More reviews and guides will be live on the site soon. In the meantime, we'd love to hear from you. Tell us what you want—free classes, more content, a workout buddy?—just reply to this email! 🙏
