Happy National Matcha Day

Celebrate with our matcha blend & get 15% off with code MATCHADAY*

Used ceremonially in Japan and China for hundreds of years, matcha is the gold standard of green tea leaves. It’ll also turn your mustache green, but that’s beside the point.

It contains some caffeine, (55 mg—just a fraction of what you’ll find in a cup of coffee) but it also contains naturally occurring L-theanine, which studies show synergizes with the caffeine to promote natural energy, more so than caffeine alone. Now you can play checkers better or whatever.

“The :rise Matcha is absolutely amazing! I was used to drinking lots of coffee just to get going in the morning, but I was way overstimulated. It became very difficult to focus on getting anything done with all the jitters, brain fog and crash by mid-afternoon. I decided enough is enough. I saw an ad for MUD\WTR, ordered and was blown away! With the :rise Matcha, you get a nice clean flavor, no jolt but this wonderful energetic calm comes over you.”
