Email Support Group #8
AI Confessions
A conversation about how email marketers are really using AI. We’ll share some data from the annual RGE Survey, along with real-life examples of people using AI in their workflows in ways that actually improve their quality of life at work.

The data, the discomfort, and the boring stuff that works
Every year, we ask email marketers to get real about AI, and every year, the confessions get juicier. Some are all-in, some are side-eyeing every chatbot in sight, and most of us are somewhere in the murky middle: using it daily, while only trusting it occasionally. Meanwhile, our bosses are asking "how's that AI adoption project going?" while we're still trying to figure out why the MCP connection keeps failing.
In this session, we'll:
- Air out the RGE Survey findings on AI in email, including from the people who want nothing to do with it
- Hand over the practical stuff, like where AI is genuinely useful, some of our favorite prompts, and where we prefer to do the work ourselves
- Invite RGE Studio user John Seals to swap stories on how he (and we) are using the MCP server to make our lives easier
- Answer your questions live! Bring your AI wins, your AI fails, and everything in between
Along the way we’ll also have some real talk about our worries, fears, and dreams when it comes to the intersection of us and AI. If you've never been to an Email Support Group before, it's less a webinar and more a room full of people admitting that no one has this stuff figured out yet.
